West Philly born and raised, Dylan is a junior at the University of Colorado, majoring in international affairs and economics and minoring in French. Dylan is interested in conflict and development in North and West Africa and has lived in Morocco for three months. Dylan speaks English and French and is learning Arabic, and, during the school year, he researches remotely for the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
