Samuel Foredyce is a graduating senior in the department of Political Science. He was first drawn to the field for his interest in causality and attempting to figure out how the world works. Throughout his undergraduate career he has focused on International Relations and Comparative Politics, with interests in International Organizations, Civil Wars, and the EU. In the Fall of 2017 he will be continuing his education in graduate school at the University of Colorado at Boulder on his pathway to a PhD in Political Science. In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying various craft beer around Boulder, and playing video games

Chenoah Sinclair is a third-year Economics and Mathematics major, with a minor in Political Science, at CU. Her research focuses on the political-economic forces that affect a nation’s willingness to adopt environmentally-friendly growth policies. Examining democratization as a determinant of environmental consciousness has been her primary focus, though she hopes to expand her work to more extensively examine the role of economic and cognitive forces on green growth. Chenoah hopes to ultimately utilize her experience in the Fellowship and knowledge regarding behavioral determinants in her pursuit of a PhD in Behavioral Economics. Although originally a New Yorker, Chenoah currently lives in Boulder and enjoys hiking the Flatirons in her free time.

Nina Asher is a Senior Political Science and Elementary Education Major. She focuses on Education Policy and specifically is interested in raising graduation rates and test scores through a pedagogy that uses critical thinking. Outside of school, Nina is involved on the CU Triathlon Team, she competes at the collegiate national level. She is also involved with the CU Backcountry Skiing Club. Every summer, she works for Keystone Science School engaging students in the outdoors through curiosity and critical thinking.
