After conducting research in Bolivia and Peru, CU Professor Krister Andersson and former CU PhD student Glenn Wright (now an assistant professor at the University of Alaska, Southeast) co-authored a study on the environmental effects of decentralization in Latin America. Their findings were published by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
