Ingredients

  • ½ cup blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup golden flaxmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 tablespoon of cocoa nibs
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup prunes

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients
  • In a processor, blend all wet ingredients
  • Mix wet ingredients into dry and bake at 375 degrees for 30- 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from the middle. Start checking after 30 minutes though!
  • When cool, cover with chocolate - 1/3 cup choc chips with teaspoon of coconut oil melted
  • Averages 8 grams fat per serving.
