Crockpot Corned Beef

Ingredients
- 3 pounds corned beef roast
- 1 packet corned beef seasoning
- 6 large carrots, cut
- 1 head cabbage, cubed
- 1 3 lb bag mini Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Yellow mustard
Directions
- Place corned beef roast, carrots, cabbage and whole potatoes inside large crockpot.
- Add brown sugar on top of the roast.
- Add water to almost cover.
- Cook on high for 5 hours.
- Slice roast when fork tender. Serve with the vegetables & yellow mustard on the side as a condiment.
*May be cooked in a large pot on stovetop for 5 hours on high simmer. - Enjoy!
