Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  • Add all ingredients apart from chicken, into a bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour marinade over chicken and toss until coated. Refrigerate for 15 minutes up to 2 hrs.
  • Heat skillet, add olive oil and cook chicken. Alternately, grill chicken on the BBQ.
