Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients apart from chicken, into a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Pour marinade over chicken and toss until coated. Refrigerate for 15 minutes up to 2 hrs.
- Heat skillet, add olive oil and cook chicken. Alternately, grill chicken on the BBQ.
