CC Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 stick room temperature butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Optional: 1/2 cup shelled walnuts or chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bread pan.
- Gather two large bowls. One for dry and one for wet ingredients.
- Mix the room temperature softened butter until creamy.
- Add one egg at a time to the butter mixture and keep mixing until combined. Set aside.
- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the butter and egg mixture.
- Mash bananas and mix into the combined dry and wet mixture.
- Add vanilla and/or nuts/chocolate chips.
- Pour into bread tin and cook for 60 minutes uncovered.
- Let sit for 15 minutes upon removal, then eat up!
