Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts (preferably thin chicken breasts)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
- Mix together and pour on chicken in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
