Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts (preferably thin chicken breasts)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Directions

  • Mix together and pour on chicken in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
