Bailey's Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 5 1/3 tbls unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup mashed very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
- Have all ingredients at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2" loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
- In a separate large bowl, beat on high speed until light in color and texture, 2-3 minutes: butter and sugar.
- Beat in the flour mixture until blended.
- Gradually beat in eggs.
- Fold in until just combined: banana and nuts
- Scrape batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack for 5-10 minutes before unmolding to cool completely on rack.
- Serve up and enjoy the goodness!
