Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
Yields 12 servings
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 4 tbls salted butter
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Place pecan halves on a cookie sheet, spread evenly on the pan.
- Place pats of butter on pecan halves.
- Sprinkle salt all over the pecans.
- Place pan into oven and bake for 10 minutes, then stir and turn the pecans.
- Cook another 10 minutes. Check frequently to make sure that they do not burn.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
