Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce (I like to use low sodium)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbls sherry or mirin
  • 1 small garlic clove

Directions

  • Stir all ingredients. Use chicken, salmon or beef. When use with chicken add 2 Tbsp flour to sugar then mix with other ingredients. Tip: microplane the ginger frozen.
