Directions
Pull off the soft outer leaves of the cabbage.
Stand it on its stem and cut it in half.
Core out the thick fibrous stem.
Slice the cabbage into fine shreds.
Add olive oil, lime juice, lime zest. Mix with your hands.
Taste.
Add sugar, salt, pepper to your liking.
