Grandma Fran's Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (I like to use low sodium)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbls sherry or mirin
- 1 small garlic clove
Directions
- Stir all ingredients. Use chicken, salmon or beef. When use with chicken add 2 Tbsp flour to sugar then mix with other ingredients. Tip: microplane the ginger frozen.
