Everybody Loves Grape Salad
Ingredients
Yields: 8-10 servings
- 4 lbs grapes (2 lbs red and 2 lbs green mixed)
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
- Wash grapes and dry thoroughly. Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold creamy mixture into the grapes.
- Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle on top of grape mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
- TIP: Keep grapes whole (don't cut or chop) or the salad will be watery.

Brenda shared this in a favorite recipe collection compiled by Montana State University when her son Noah was attending college.
