Ingredients
Yields: 8-10 servings

  • 4 lbs grapes (2 lbs red and 2 lbs green mixed)
  •  8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
  •  8 oz. carton sour cream
  •  1/2 c. sugar
  •  1 tsp vanilla
  •  1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Wash grapes and dry thoroughly. Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold creamy mixture into the grapes.
  • Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle on top of grape mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
  • TIP: Keep grapes whole (don't cut or chop) or the salad will be watery.
