  • Small baby pototes
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes pureed
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Coriander leaves
  • Garam masala
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder

Directions

  • Fry potatoes on low heat until golden and soft
  • Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and salt until golden brown
  • Add the tomatoes puree and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 to 10 mins
  • Add salt, Garam masala and coriander leaves to taste
