- Small baby pototes
- Onions
- Tomatoes pureed
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Coriander leaves
- Garam masala
- Oil
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
Directions
- Fry potatoes on low heat until golden and soft
- Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and salt until golden brown
- Add the tomatoes puree and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 to 10 mins
- Add salt, Garam masala and coriander leaves to taste
