Reminder: Marinus Smith Nominations Are Open
Named after a 19th century Boulder resident who helped make the founding of CU Boulder possible, the Marinus Smith Award is presented to CU Boulder faculty, advisors, and staff members who make a positive impact on the lives of students. Nominees must advance the quality of education and the undergraduate experience, model CU Boulder values, and demonstrate excellence in their service.

Students are invited to submit nominations for CU Boulder professionals that they feel have made a difference in their time here at CU. This is a great way to say "thank you" to a teacher or staff member who has shown their care and concern for students and their success. All recipients are recognized in a ceremony towards the end of the spring semester, and nominators are invited to attend and participate as well.

Nominations are open until March 1, and can be submitted here.
