What’s included in our Analysis Unassisted

• support with directory structure for analysis data

• support with questions regarding what a particular step in the analysis is doing

• installation of new modules/software/environment to be Blanca-compatible

• presentations/tutorials to lab members

Included Starting ~ Dec 2021

• ability to use Flywheel unassisted (run existing gears, generate reports, etc)
• provenance tracking on all derived data (who ran what, when, on what data, with what versions, etc)
• ability to submit data and derived data to a data archive through Flywheel (eg NIMH data archive)
• metadata and tagging on analysis data (eg: “failed fmriPrep reproducibility”)
• ability to use CUmulus (hybrid cloud for compute) with neuroimaging data analysis
