Exploring different mathematical objects by printing them. Exploring the use of 3d printing in teaching math. Using mathematical ideas (i.e. parametric equations, differential geometry) to control 3d printers.Students will learn about how to operate 3d printers and, depending on the direction of the project, some basic python programming and parametric designs in CAD.Deadline: Monday, August 31, 2026Application: We are seeking applicants with general interest in geometry or visualizing math.
