To build foundational diversity, equity and inclusion competencies among Office of Faculty Affairs staff as we serve the faculty community and to develop a positive and productive culture of inclusion, collaboration and co-creation so that all OFA staff feel a sense of ownership and involvement with the office's mission and goals.
