Suzanne Stoller has 25 years of experience working with leaders and leadership teams on organizational strategy, team effectiveness, culture, and talent development. She spent nearly 13 of those years as a senior HR leader at Google both domestically and internationally, and was the Chief People Officer at Guild Education. Suzanne now spends her time coaching leaders at all levels of their career on how to reach their potential. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Leeds School of Business and advises students in the ATLAS Institute in the School of Engineering.

My advice to students...

* Think big about how to solve hard problems.
* Communicate your thinking clearly and in a compelling manner.
* Act with integrity and authenticity.
* Do what you say you are going to do.
* Raise people up, find ways for them to be the best version of themselves.
* Do not accept (or deliver) sloppy work.
* Be kind - always.
