Mark Heinritz

I have been an owner of the Sink since 1992 when I was 26 yrs old. Since then I have become involved in several other business partnerships mostly involving real estate. Our latest public facing venture is West Flanders Brewing Co. since 2012. I have had many successes and a couple of failures so I've felt both sides of business ventures. I have been steadily involved in City civic issues by sitting on numerous committees and boards. My great pleasure in being a business owner is to give people an opportunity to find their own path to the success that suits them. I am here to share my journey in order to help others with theirs.

My advice to students...

Learn to be patient and listen. It is a hard discipline.
