My personal biography/journey...

My journey in life has taken me around the world in both my professional and personal life. I've always felt that I have pushed myself to grow even in times when the barriers were high. I have been the beneficiary of several people who showed up in my life at the right time to mentor me, and guide me through the challenges that come with growing and maturing. I believe in service to country and community. I identify as a gay man but do not hold that as my primary identity. I am first and foremost a member of my family, a friend, a colleague and citizen of my community and country. I enjoy playing music, traveling to warm places, walking my Labradoodle, and spending time with my partner.

My professional/coaching journey...

I began my professional career working as a Human Resources professional doing recruiting, management, and employee relations. I moved around the country and world growing my professional skills working with a lot of different leaders, situations, and challenges. I returned to school mid-career to gain my graduate degree in leadership and then took additional graduate work in evidence-based coaching. I worked for many years on senior leadership teams and with senior leaders on growing people and teams to be highly successful. I left the formal workplace several years ago to open my own consulting practice. I spend time with leaders and leadership teams to support their growth and success. I partner with my clients to help them set realistic goals for success and work to understand the frameworks they see the world through. I love working with clients who have a capacity for self-reflection and the personal resources to find the success they hope for.

• Many years of working in leadership roles on LGBTQI Mission Driven organizations
• Currently Co-Chair of the Board for Denver Urban Debate League which support girls and boys from underserved High Schools to learn Debate and Speech
