My advice to students...

Leadership is about service and purpose. Great leaders make others great. In order to sustain and thrive as a leader you must have a strong foundation of personal resilience and leadership purpose. Seeing challenges as opportunities will foster a creative and growth mindset that is invaluable as you move forward in your career. Last, but not least have fun along the way.
