The relationship between campus organizations and the Center for Leadership is mutually beneficial. The Center is happy to provide resources and opportunities to all affiliates with the understanding that each affiliate will reciprocate by committing to be a participative member of the leadership development ecosystem on campus; communicating and encouraging students, staff, and faculty to get involved in the Center for Leadership events and opportunities; sharing of best practices and other resources in order to offer leadership development to more students across campus; invest time and resources to offering experiential leadership development inside and between programs; and sharing program-specific yearly progress with the Center as a contribution to an annual report. To see how your participation is part of the Center for Leadership strategic plan, please click here.
