Engineering Leadership Program • Class of 2023
Cade is a fifth-year student in the Engineering Leadership Program. Originally from Austin, Texas, they are currently at CU Boulder studying Creative Technology and Design Engineering, and is the acting chair for the Leading EDGE Council. Cade believes, “to be a leader is to be conscious of how you influence others: the way you show up for yourself, those around you, and those you work with is reflected in not only in performance metrics, but more importantly in the way you uplift others.” Their roles as scholar, leader, innovator, and collaborator—especially as an exemplar of the Engineering Leadership Program and the Center for Leadership’s Leading EDGE—illustrate Cade’s extraordinary spirit as a learner and leader.
