My personal biography/journey...

I believe that every step of our journey - whether planned or unexpected - shapes who we become as leaders. After graduating from the Air Force Academy, I spent 30 years in the World’s Greatest Air Force, which brought me to the University of Colorado Boulder for my last assignment.  At CU I was fortunate to lead the Air Force ROTC team and work alongside incredible colleagues in the Center for Leadership.  But my most transformative experience came last year when I walked 491 miles across Northern Spain on the historic Camino Frances. (Yes, really!)

Now I call Erie, Colorado home, where I balance my passion for developing leaders with pursuing outdoor adventures - you'll often find me fly fishing, skiing or hiking.  When the weather isn’t conducive for outside activities you will find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.

My professional/coaching journey...

My path to coaching began in the cockpit as an Air Force instructor pilot, where I discovered the profound impact of helping others achieve their dreams. This evolved into a career dedicated to leading teams and developing leaders. Today, I am leveraging my operational experience and academic expertise in my coaching business, 3C Insights.  My passion is fostering meaningful conversations that make a lasting impact for rising leaders.
