I'm currently a PhD student in mechanical engineering studying biomimetic robotic systems.  I previously studied electrical engineering at the University of New Hampshire where I obtained my B.S and M.S..  I spent a number of years working in the defense industry before returning to academia.  My research currently is focused on the development of power conversion and actuator drive electronics necessary for micro-robotic locomotion.
