Portrait of Haley Goddard
BS Graduate
Environmental Engineering

Haley is currently working as a process engineering staff professional at Carollo Engineers. She started in Phoenix, AZ and is now located in San Diego, CA. She worked with Cristina Poleacovschi researching knowledge governance and its effects on knowledge mobilization, funded by the National Science Foundation. She continued on this project, becoming a Discovery Learning Apprentice. Her work contributed to identifying barriers and enhancers to engineering knowledge management strategies through the qualitative analysis of interviews with individuals at an engineering consulting firm. During her time at CU, she played tenor saxophone for the CU Golden Buffalo Marching Band, was president of the Society of Environmental Engineers (SEVEN), and was a member of the Alpha Delta Chi Christian sorority. Outside of work, she is actively involved in AWWA/WEF (particularly with student outreach and involvement), loves being outdoors, and is passionate about travelling and doing community development work.
