Aaron True

Dr. Aaron True helped spearhead our laboratory’s move from the Engineering Center to the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community (SEEC) building in 2016.  Aaron studied inhalant flows typical to a variety of benthic invertebrates, using a combination of experimental and numerical approaches.  He also developed techniques for studying microscale clustering of phytoplankton in turbulent flows, and designed significant infrastructure for using high-powered lasers to image plume structure in our large water flume.
