Gordana Dukovic is a Professor of Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder and a Fellow and Associate Director of the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute. Her lab investigates the structure, excited state properties, and light-driven chemistry of nanoscale materials, sometimes paired with enzymes or molecular catalysts. Her research mission is to help pave the way toward sustainable light-driven chemistry. She received a PhD in chemistry from Columbia University and was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California Berkeley. She has received the NSF CAREER Award, and was named a Sloan Research Fellow, a Cottrell Scholar, a Beckman Young Investigator, a National Brown Investigator, and a Finalist for the Blavatnik National Award for Young Scientists.
