Automated Solid Phase Extraction System
The GX-271 ASPEC (Gilson) instrument is our tool for sample preparation. The analytes of interest can be pre-concentrated on Solid-Phase (SPE) extraction cartridges and eluted with small amounts organic solvents, thus reaching very low levels of detection in water samples.
Sample volumes vary from 50 mL to 100 mL for isolation of several organic contaminants.
The easy automation of this system improves the reproducibility and reliability of the analysis.
