Sallie is interested in soil biogeochemistry, microbial ecology, restoration, and all things fungi. Her thesis focuses on restoration of mycorrhizal fungi within degraded aridland soils. She completed her undergraduate at CU Boulder and in her free time enjoys roller blading and rafting.
