Bloom Peer Mentor Program

Requirements and Expectations
To make the most of this program, students are expected to meet certain eligibility requirements and uphold standards of engagement, accountability and mutual respect throughout the academic year.
Mentor requirements
- Must have held an executive position in their student organization/program for at least a year
- Must be able to commit for the whole academic year
- Must be active in their organization (holding a position or simply being a member)
Mentee requirements
- Must either be in a new executive position or interested in pursuing one in the future
- Must be able to commit to the program for the whole academic year
Expectations
Mentors and mentee pairs should:
- Meet two times per month, with meetings lasting at least one hour
- Check in consistently with their partner
- Participate in leadership development workshops/events of their choosing
- Attend the mentor/mentee kick-off and end-of-year celebrations
