DSCC Event Planner
This position is open to qualifying undergraduate students who have a strong motivation to serve underrepresented communities, provide quality programs and enhance multicultural awareness at CU Boulder. Responsibilities include planning events and programs in the Dennis Small Cultural Center and the Center for Student Involvement. In addition, this person will focus on collaborating and building strong networks with members of the Boulder and CU campus community.

Front Desk & Resource Center Assistant

This student assistant is primarily responsible for providing support to the Front Desk and/or the Resource Center in the Center for Student Involvement. Additional responsibilities include providing high-level customer service, referring students when appropriate, being the front line for the office, staffing the front desk of the Resource Center, monitoring and tracking supply usage, and supporting other events in the department, when appropriate.

Senior Event Planner
Reporting to the coordinator for student activities and special events, this opportunity provides a rich experience supporting the work of student engagement in the Center for Student Involvement. Duties include program planning and execution, specifically supporting campus-wide programming. Most importantly, we are looking for a self-starter who is creative and organized. The sudent engagement area in the Center for Student Involvement is responsible for large-scale social and entertainment programming, coordination of late-night and weekly events, and oversight of recognized student organization experiences. Our programming reflects the diverse interests of our community and ranges from small-scale weekly programs to major collaborative events and week-long programs.

Student Organization Assistant
This position is open to qualifying undergraduate students who are interested in supporting the 500+ recognized student organizations (RSOs) and their registration processes and daily operations. Some responsibilities include managing BuffConnect, a student organization management system, processing of organization agreements, organization administrator updates and directory changes, checking CSI office organization email accounts and responding to inquiries. The student organization assistant may also be responsible for supporting the CSI front desk by greeting and screening walk-ins, answering phones and connecting individuals to the proper CSI staff. The student organization assistant may be asked to assist with trainings and additional CSI programs on an as-needed basis.
