The Demystifying Entrepreneurship workshop series produced by the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at the Leeds School of Business has received global acclaim in the 2020 Innovations That Inspire challenge by AACSB International, the world’s largest business education alliance.

Darwin Biosciences, DocForge, EdBoard, Frenz, Mycobacteria Therapeutics and Soulutions will vie for up to $100,000 in prizes at the 12th annual New Venture Challenge (NVC), CU Boulder’s premier entrepreneurial startup competition.

In hopes of securing investments to advance their companies, 18 university ventures spun out of Colorado research institutions and federal laboratories pitched to local and out-of-state investors at the state's second annual Destination Startup showcase on Feb. 27.
