Title: Support Equity in Science Classroom by Understanding Students’ Experiences


  • My works look at how visual learning analytics tool incorporating student's experience-based formative assessment can be used by middle school Science teachers to reflect on their instruction. I partner with middle school teachers to help them reflect on their students' classroom experience and alter their instructional practices so there are no differences in experiences across gender and race dimensions.
