Congratulations to Institute of Cognitive Science graduate program student Marianne Reddan for winning a Department of Psychology and Neuroscience Dosier/Muenzinger Award for Teaching. Marianne is a student in the ICS Combined PhD program working toward a triple PhD.

According to the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience Marianne received high praise for her teaching abilities, particularly with regard to her work in a challenging Cognitive Neuroscience course, but also in the context of other courses for which she has been a Teaching Assistant. Marianne was praised for her ability to design and run labs independently, her commitment to doing all aspects of her job thoroughly, her gifts in providing effective and inspiring feedback for students and her skillfulness at handling challenging classroom situations effectively and with professionalism. She was also praised for her versatility and ability to use innovative technological approaches in the classroom.

She and other award winners will be recognized at the department's Spring Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 11 at 2 p.m. at the Coors Event Center.
