CU Boulder has a number of resources available to help you update your personal information for your school record, in addition to legal name changes.
Office of the Registrar
The Registrar on campus can help you update your personal information for school records, including your preferred name, pronouns, gender identity and sexual orientation, among others.
Office of Information Technology (OIT)
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) can help you update your Identikey and email to match your preferred name.
Buff OneCard Office
The Buff OneCard Office can help you change the name and/or photo displayed on your Buff OneCard. Please note, that you will need to bring your current Buff OneCard with you in order to purchase a $5 replacement card with your updated information.
