Enjoy your own DIY ice cream without any fancy machinery or churning. This 3-ingredient recipe allows you to make your own vanilla ice cream at home using a mason jar.

You can also create your own custom flavors like:

  • Cookies and cream: add a quarter cup of crushed Oreos.
  • Chocolate: add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
  • Mint chocolate chip: add a couple drops of peppermint flavoring and mini chocolate chips. You can also add a drop of green food coloring for the perfect mint color. 
  • Cookie dough: crumble in chunks of your favorite edible cookie dough.
  • S’mores: add mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
