Workshops and Groups

Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) offers workshops and groups to help employees learn skills to manage stress, prevent and recover from burnout, develop healthy communication skills for relationships, navigate challenging situations across the adult lifespan, and a variety of other topics.
FSAP's professional clinician-led multi-weeklong groups are focused on providing employees with non-judgmental and community-oriented gatherings for individuals experiencing a common challenge or experience.
Groups can help people feel less alone and isolated and more connected, informed, and comforted. Most of FSAP groups are closed to enrollment after the start date. Some groups may indicate a requirement for a preliminary screening before the first group to assess for clinical appropriateness and safety.
This fall, FSAP is offering six multi-weeklong groups:
- Connected: Tools for a Stronger Relationship (Sept 29 - Nov 3)
- Cultivating Presence: A Guided Meditation Cohort (Sept 24 - Nov 5)
- Colorful Women Group (Sept 24 - Oct 29)
- Lucid: A Collective Exploration of Dreams (Sept 30 - Oct 21)
- Mindfulness and Everyday Life (Sept 16 - Oct 28)
You must be a professional staff or faculty member at CU Boulder to use FSAP services. All services are free to CU Boulder employees.
