Additional Training and Certifications: EMDR, NaBITa Threat Assessment Certification, Emergency Responder and Public Safety Clinician Certification,10 years of post-graduate training and experience in Depth Psychology, Psychoanalytic and Somatic modalities, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems.
Brief Summary of Professional History: Professional counseling and social work experience include 10 years county social work in child welfare, supervision, counseling and advocacy; six years in private practice providing counseling to individuals, families and couples; and working at FSAP since 2011 providing counseling, social work, work-life presentations, support groups, clinical internship supervision and program direction and coordination. I am a founding member and on the board of the CALM Center on campus. I specialize in parenting, perinatal care, the queer community and contemplative living.
Brief Personal Information: Outside of FSAP, I spend time with my family, including my partner and two children. I also enjoy music, meditation, continuing education in my field, outdoor and creative pursuits.
