Professional History: The focus in my professional life has been to guide people in finding greater ease and satisfaction in life. Previously, I supported students and families accessing mental health services in Denver Public Schools. Prior to beginning as a counselor at FSAP, I facilitated stress management interventions and group therapy for people impacted by the justice system.

Personal Information: Adventuring on water has provided some of my most memorable experiences with friends and family. I have rowed every rapid on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. My travels have taken me on nearly every major tributary of the Colorado River and Rio Grande in this state. I love reading and picnicking by Boulder Creek and jumping in for a swim in all kinds of weather.
