Registration | Mindfulness for the Holidays

Cultivate mindfulness this holiday season with strategies for the body, emotions, mind and relationships. Participants will learn to understand their stress responses and identify how a mindfulness practice can help regulate their systems. Practices will include mindfulness, meditation, cognitive restructuring, emotional awareness and regulation, communication, movement and daily self-care techniques.
