FCQ Calendar
The Semester Timeline is based on a traditional 15-week course schedule. Courses running on a different schedule are administered based on the weekly calendar below. FCQ windows may also vary due to department requests.
Semester Timeline
By default, the administration window is determined by the course end date that appears in CIW.
Weekly FCQs open on Mondays (or Tuesdays for campus holidays) at 11 a.m., and run through Friday (or Saturday).
If you need to change the administration window, please reach out to your department's FCQ coordinator.
The course auditing period is when department FCQ coordinators review the evaluation dates for their classes. The class audits are in Excel documents posted online:
- Click on the "Course Audit" tab from the menu at the top of the page
- Select "Download traditional course audit files"
- Select your campus and department(s)
- Review the spreadsheet
Custom questions must be submitted by the due date to be used in the current semester. Questions submitted after the deadline won't go into effect until the following semester.

FCQ reports are posted on Campus Labs ~48 hours after final grades have been posted.

Summer 2026 FCQ administrations
Classes are assigned to a default session based on their end date listed in CIW. The FCQ_Dates column are the evaluation dates for classes ending within the date range listed in the CIW_end_date column. To see your assigned FCQ dates without the guesswork, consult the course audit.
