Ariana Kazemi

Ariana Kazemi received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA in 2020 and her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 2023. She worked for 4 years at Raytheon Technologies, Intelligence & Space in El Segundo, CA, focusing on integration and test of digitally controlled RF space payloads, as well as microwave receiver system analysis and performance metrics. She joined the microwave group at the University of Colorado Boulder in Fall 2024 to pursue a PhD. Her current research involves high-power microwave heating, with an emphasis on designing a microwave kiln for industrial processing, ensuring uniform heating. Her interests also include MMIC design and reconfigurable microwave circuits/systems.
