Event Camera Data

Event cameras, also known as neuromorphic cameras, detect relative changes in brightness at the pixel level. Instead of frames, they output a stream of brightness change events: (x, y) pixel location, event polarity (+/-), and time in microseconds.

Ajisai

Sidereally-tracked event recording of the Japanese geodesy satellite Ajisai. The spherical, mirror-covered satellite is streaking across the field of view. Each ~10 millisecond flash is generated by a glint off one of Ajisai's small mirrors. The satellite is rotating at ~24 revolutions per minute.
