My group has been selected to be awarded by the ARPA-E Vision Open 2024 program. The project, titled Universal Ultra-High Density ac-dc Electrical Power Mover for the Future Intermodal Energy Superhighway (PowerMove), will be led by CU Boulder and with Advanced Cooling Technologies (ACT) and NREL as partners. The Team will be developing a high power density ac/dc Universal Power Mover, a versatile, modular and ac-stackable bulding block for EV fast charging, grid-supporting, and LV-to-MV interfacing functions.
