Use the academic resources available to you

Did you know that CU has a lot of academic resources to support your learning? Get plugged in with one or more of these resources to help you succeed in school.

Need help with writing papers? Check out The Writing Center. The Writing Center can help you with all stages of the writing process. They provide one-on-one assistance to support you from brainstorming all the way through revising your writing once it is complete.

Are you struggling to grasp specific content from your classes? Sign up for tutoring through the Academic Success and Achievement Program (ASAP), which is free for students living in the residence halls, Bear Creek apartments and first-year commuter students. The Student Academic Success Center (SASC) also provides tutoring and workshops for students who are participating in SASC learning communities.

Your can also set up a meeting with your advisor to find additional academic resources to support your learning. PES students also have access to academic coaches who can help with study skills and time management. Ask your advisor about how to get started with an academic coach.
