Well-designed actions promote agency and protect your time and energy allowing you to achieve classroom success while also developing your own interests. A well-designed action meets the following criteria. You state it in the positive. You are responsible for starting and completing the action. You are excited about the action, but not overwhelmed. You can measure the action.
