Adulting in Design: Prepping for the Professional World will consist of two primary events, a Graduate School Fair and a CU Boulder Minors & Certificates Fair.
Graduate School Fair for programs in design, architecture, landscape architecture and planning
The University of Colorado Boulder hosts an annual graduate school fair for programs in design, architecture, landscape architecture, and planning. The fair engages students primarily from four major tracks within the Program in Environmental Design, which includes environmental product design, architecture, sustainable planning & urban design, and landscape architecture. This year, ENVD will host this as a virtual fair. All chats will take place through Handshake via group sessions or 10-minute, one-on-one video sessions.
CU Boulder Minors & Certificates Fair
The CU Boulder Minors & Certificates Fair identifies key partnerships and academic enhancements students often explore as part of their undergraduate experience. This particular event is designed to inform students of specific pathways and opportunities offered outside of ENVD to supplement their design education. This will be held as a Zoom event with five breakout rooms, allowing representatives from the various certificate and minor programs at CU to provide up to 10 minute presentations for participants.
